COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS) -- Mrs. Nellie F. Fleming, 68, a resident of Covington for 46 years, died at 7 a.m. yesterday (June 2, 1968) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. She had been ill for one year and seriously ill the past two weeks. Born June 4, 1899, in Shelbyville, Ill., she was the daughter of Harry and Rose Linder Arterburn. She was married Feb. 22, 1922, to Arthur "Pete" Fleming, who died Nov. 5, 1959. Mrs. Fleming had formerly been employed at the M. Snower Co. in Danville for 18 years. She was a member of the First Church of Christ and the Builders Sunday School Class. Her hobby was sewing. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Frances Matthews and Mrs. Rosemary Klage, both of Covington; a son, Carl "Pete" of Danville; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Spencer of St. Louis, Mo.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Church of Christ. The Rev. Harold Fogel will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The body is at the Hegg Funeral Home. Friends will be received after noon Tuesday. The body will be taken to the church an hour before services. --typed by Walt W
